1Information we collect
Account details you or your society administrator provide, such as name, email address, phone number, flat and role.
Society records entered into the platform, such as bills, payments, visitor entries, complaints, notices, bookings and documents.
Messages you send us through the contact or demo forms, including your name, email, phone number and society name.
Basic technical data such as sign-in times and actions recorded in the activity log, used to keep the service secure.
2How we use information
To provide and operate the platform: sign-in, billing, notifications, reports and support.
To respond to enquiries and demo requests.
To protect the service, investigate misuse and keep an audit trail of important actions.
We do not sell personal information.
4Retention and deletion
Society records are kept while the society uses Socivio. A society administrator can ask us to delete the society's data when the service ends.
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.
5Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery and access is controlled by role. See our Security page for more detail.
No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
