1The service
Socivio provides software for housing societies to manage billing, visitors, complaints, amenities, communication and related tasks.
Features may change over time. We may add, improve or retire features with reasonable notice where practical.
2Accounts and access
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Society administrators decide who can join their society and which role each person has.
3Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access data you are not allowed to see, interfere with its operation or upload unlawful content.
Society administrators are responsible for the accuracy of records they and their committee enter, including bills and notices.
4Payments and billing records
The platform records maintenance bills and payments for a society. Unless your society agrees otherwise with us in writing, Socivio is not a bank or payment institution and does not hold society funds.
Subscription fees for the platform, where they apply, follow the plan agreed with your society.
5Your data
Your society owns the records it enters. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
Support is available through the contact page during business hours.
7Liability
To the extent the law allows, Socivio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8Ending the service
A society may stop using Socivio at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
