Societies trust Socivio with names, flats, payments and gate records. Here is how that information is protected.
These safeguards are part of how Socivio works for every society.
Every record belongs to one society and every query is limited to it, so one society can never see another's data.
Admins, accountants, guards and residents each get only the modules and actions that match their job.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as plain text, and sign-in attempts are tracked.
Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and user input is validated on the server.
Important actions are recorded with who did them and when, so the committee stays accountable.
The mobile app signs in with a token that is stored only as a hash on the server and can be revoked by signing out.
Clear promises about how your society's information is handled.
Use a strong, unique password, sign out on shared devices and ask your admin to remove people who have left the society. If you spot a problem, write to our team and we will look into it promptly.
